Turner Investment Partners, a privately-owned US asset management firm, has announced that Peter Yarrow (phone:  44 (0) 7711 195819) has joined the firm to establish a London-based team and to grow Turner's business in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Yarrow, formerly senior investment director at Fidelity Pensions Management in London, joined newly formed Turner International Ltd as Managing Director.

Turner Investment Partners is located near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and as of 30 June 2007 had approximately $25.2 billion in assets under management.

The firm offers a wide range of investment disciplines in equities, including US and global growth, quantitative strategies and core and value disciplines. The company is regarded as a premium growth manager and acts as a manager or sub-advisor in this category for many clients. In his new position Mr. Yarrow will work directly with Glenn Dever, chief marketing officer at Turner. "We were looking for someone to take our existing institutional focus and apply it within Continental Europe, the UK, and the Middle East," said Mr. Dever. "Peter's institutional background and experience were a perfect fit for us."

At Fidelity Mr. Yarrow was the senior client relationship director responsible for supporting its UK and multinational client base. Prior to Fidelity, he was at The WM Company.

Mr. Yarrow received an MA from Christ's College Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield Business School. He is a Trustee of Christ's College Cambridge Endowment Fund.
