Turner takes seriously its commitment to our community and society. Our Mission Statement pledges "activism to see the communities and society in which we live prosper," and Turner fulfills that pledge in a number of ways.

One is through direct sponsorship and support of several worthy causes. Another way is to encourage an employee culture in which community activism is viewed as a vital, enriching part of employees' personal lives. Fostering an involvement-friendly culture is important because while corporations can (and should) give directly to community-based charitable organizations, we believe that real change happens most effectively from the ground up, when individuals and their families lend their talents, creativity and enthusiasm to the causes they care most about.

Turner employees give of themselves in dozens of ways, from helping out with childrens' sports teams to organizing and promoting fundraising events that take in thousands of dollars for their beneficiaries. Employees may use Turner's facilities to promote these causes among their colleagues.
